It was helmed by Jennie Norris, a US Mind engraver who created a unique bust of the American bald eagle, replacing Miley Busiek’s iconic reverse imagery. Coin Highlights:
BullionMax has two packaging options for the 2022 1/2 oz American Gold Eagle Coin. They will either be shipped in protective, plastic flips or in protective, plastic tubes for multiple of 40 coins. It will impress you to know that each of the coins will be delivered in Brilliant Uncirculated condition and is composed of 22-karat gold.
Investors and collectors can expect to find the standard Lady Liberty effigy featured on the obverse field of the 2022 1/2 oz American Gold Eagle Coin. She is depicted in full frontal view in front of the US capitol along with the sun rays shining behind her. She holds two symbolic American objects which are the olive branch and the flaming torch.
Jennie Norris is the designer whose new design is featured on the reverse field of the 2022 1/2 oz American Gold Eagle Coin. It is a bust of an American bald eagle depicted in a left-facing portrait.
These coins display a brand-new reverse design. It marks the first time in this series that the design has entirely changed marking a pivotal moment in the series. Notably, the reverse design for the American Silver Eagle changed as well.
