Since 1986, the United States Mint has released a Brilliant Uncirculated (BU) version of the American Silver Eagle each year. For a long time, these coins didn’t feature privy marks. That changed in 2024 with the release of the first BU Silver Eagle to include one. In 2025, the mint continues this new trend with the Eagle Privy design. Today, BullionMax offers 2025 (P) 1 oz Eagle Privy American Silver Eagles in near-perfect condition.
Coin Highlights:
Each of these 2025 (P) 1 oz Eagle Privy American Silver Eagles is certified Mint State 69. This means the coin is nearly perfect, with full original luster and only very small, subtle flaws.
This is only the second BU Silver Eagle to include a privy mark. Like the 2024 Star Privy, the 2025 version is limited to a total mintage of 500,000 coins. That makes it one of the lowest-minted BU issues in the history of the American Silver Eagle series, adding to its interest for collectors and silver buyers alike.
The obverse of the 2025 (P) Eagle Privy Silver Eagle shows the Walking Liberty design by Adolph A. Weinman. A small Eagle Privy mark is included in the lower-right portion of the coin. This mark draws inspiration from the Great Seal of the United States. The design also reflects the bald eagle’s recovery as a national symbol of strength and resilience.
On the reverse, you’ll find a modern bald eagle in flight. This image, created by artist Emily Damstra in 2021, shows the eagle with outstretched wings as it descends, talons extended to grasp an oak branch. It’s a powerful symbol of stability and endurance.
