The American Silver Eagle is renowned as the most popular silver bullion coin globally, and it has recently introduced a new feature: privy marks. The United States Mint has teamed up with various companies to engage a new generation of collectors by incorporating unique privy marks on the Silver Eagle. Currently, 2024 1 oz Star Privy American Silver Eagle coins in near-perfect condition are available at BullionMax.
Coin Highlights:
Each of the 2024 1 oz Star Privy American Silver Eagle Coins offered here is in near-perfect condition. Mint State 69 coins showcase full, original mint luster and have no more than two minor detractions. These flaws are confined to areas outside of the primary focal points of the coin and consist only of tiny contact marks or minor imperfections. The NGC certifies these coins as being among the first 50,000 issued by the US Mint.
The collaboration with Nice Gang, known for the mobile game Eighth Era, represents just the second instance where the US Mint has partnered with an external company to create limited-edition coins. The initial collaboration occurred with DC Comics.
The obverse design of the 2024 Star Privy American Silver Eagles features the iconic Walking Liberty, created by Adolph A. Weinman in 1916. The image portrays Liberty in full-length, walking towards the horizon with the American flag draped around her. The distinctive Star Privy mark, known as the first-ever privy mark on a bullion coin, appears in the lower-right field below Weinman’s AW signature.
On the reverse, the 2024 1 oz Star Privy Silver Eagle Coins showcase a modern depiction of the American bald eagle. This design by Emily Damstra illustrates the eagle in left-profile relief as it descends with flexed wings, clutching an oak branch in its talons.
