Each 2024-W 1 oz Burnished American Silver Eagle Coin offered here is in near-perfect condition. SP69 coins have full, original mint luster and at most two minor flaws. These tiny marks or hairlines are only in areas outside the primary focus points. First Strike coins are those the PCGS grades within 30 days of the mint’s release.
The Burnished Silver Eagle was introduced in 2006 to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the American Eagle Series. Alongside the gold version, it was made from 2006 to 2008, paused in 2009 and 2010, and resumed in 2011.
For the obverse of the 2024-W Burnished American Silver Eagle, the mint uses Adolph A. Weinman’s historic image of Lady Liberty. Called Walking Liberty, she is depicted in left-profile with the American flag draped around her. The sun rises over a mountain peak in the background.
The reverse of the 2024-W 1 oz Burnished Silver Eagle Coin features a design by Emily Damstra, introduced in 2020 for the Silver Eagle. This new image of the American bald eagle debuted in 2021 for the 35th anniversary of the series.
