The obverse of the 2025 Australian Silver Lunar Snake Coins shows a bust of King Charles III. This design by Dan Thorne is the first time a monarch other than Elizabeth II appears on the obverse of these coins.
On the reverse, the 2025 2 oz Silver Lunar Snake Coin features a coiled snake in a lush jungle scene with mountains in the background and a winding river. The snake is shown with its head raised, surrounded by branches and leaves.
