In 2021, the American Silver Eagle Coins received their first-ever redesign, focusing on the reverse side. Although the American bald eagle continues to be the central theme, the new design offers a more naturalistic portrayal of this powerful symbol, departing from the previous emblematic style.
Each 2025 1 oz American Silver Eagle Coin is available in Brilliant Uncirculated condition. You can purchase individual coins in protective plastic flips, or in larger quantities with tubes holding 20 coins. For even bigger investments, Monster Boxes containing 500 coins are available. Each Monster Box includes 25 tubes, each filled with 20 coins.
The obverse of the 2025 American Silver Eagle features Adolph A. Weinman’s classic Walking Liberty design. Originally created in 1916 for the Half Dollar, this iconic image shows Liberty in a full-length profile, walking toward the rising sun. She holds oak and laurel branches in her left arm, symbolizing strength and victory, while her right hand reaches forward. The American flag is gracefully draped around her figure.
On the reverse, the 2025 1 oz Silver Eagle Coin showcases the American bald eagle, designed by Emily Damstra in 2020. This dynamic image captures the eagle in mid-flight, wings spread wide as it descends with an oak branch clutched in its talons, symbolizing strength and resilience.
