The US Mint crafted a beautiful gold bullion series with the American Eagle coin. It was first introduced in 1986 by the US Mint after the US Congress commissioned the organization to curate an official billion coin for the country. It was met with critical acclaim and high demand from investors and collectors not just within the nation but around the world. Today, BullionMax is happy to offer to you the 1/2 oz American Gold Eagle Coin from any random year!
Coin Highlights:
Upon purchase, each of the 1/2 oz American Gold Eagle Coins will be shipped in protective plastic flips. We are not able to guarantee a date or design in advance. Please bear in mind that matching dates and designs are possible if you buy multiples.
The obverse field of the 1/2 oz American Gold Eagle Coin features the design of Lady Liberty. It was first created in 1907 by Augustus Saint-Gaudens and features the American symbol in full-frontal relief as she guides the nation forward with her torch. This design first made an appearance on the $20 Gold Double Eagle coin from 1907 to 1933.
The reverse field of the 1/2 oz American Gold Eagle Coin showcases the American bald eagle family. Here, Miley Busiek depicts a nest with a group of hatchlings under the watchful eye of a female bald eagle. A male bald eagle is shown flying overhead. Those coins issued from mid-2021 onward have the new right-profile bust of a bald eagle by Jennie Norris.
