Product Details

The Canadian Maple Leaf Coin is widely recognized as one of the first major palladium bullion coins. They were introduced in 2005 by the Royal Canadian Mint but were only struck initially through 2007 and once again in 2009. The Canadian Maple Leaf coin was first introduced in 1979 as a .999 pure gold coin. It’s a popular design offered by the Royal Canadian Mint and with its popularity, the mint has since reintroduced the palladium coins in 2015. Today, BullionMax is offering you a 1 oz Canadian Palladium Maple Leaf Coin.

Coin Highlights:

  • Arrives to you in a protective plastic flip!
  • Offered with random date marks!
  • Contains 1 Troy oz of .9995 pure palladium.
  • Bears a face value of $50, fully backed by Canada.
  • The obverse features a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II.
  • The reverse field depicts a Maple Leaf design.
  • Please keep in mind you could receive coins with the same dates and designs when buying several.

Your purchase of a 1 oz Canadian Palladium Maple Leaf Coin will arrive to you in a protective plastic flip. When buying multiples, please keep in mind that you may receive coins with matching dates and designs.

The Royal Canadian Mint has been producing some of the most stunning and popular bullion in the world since 1908. They’re responsible for the production of Canadian bullion coinage, circulation currency, and gold bullion bars.

The obverse of Canadian Palladium Maple Leaf Coins features a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II. Inscriptions on the obverse field include the coin’s year of issue and denomination of 50 dollars, as well as Queen Elizabeth II located at the top of the coin. The date listed on your coin will be random and you may receive coins with the same issuing year when buying multiples.

1 oz Palladium Maple Leaf Coins bear an image of the iconic 1979 design of the maple leaf, designed by Walter Ott, on the reverse. Below the maple leaf, you will find a smaller image of a maple leaf engraved with the date of the coin. You will also find the purity of the coin engraved on either side of the larger maple leaf. Canada is inscribed at the top of the coin with the words Fine Palladium, 1 oz, and Palladium Pur engraved on the bottom of the coin.
