To provide this service and to help create a secure connection to your financial institution, Plaid collects and uses your financial institution login information. If you have more than one account with your financial institution, you can choose which account you'd like to add (checking, savings etc.) BullionMax does not have direct access to your bank information! Plaid is already in use by most large corporations that accept payments online, and this service allows you to have a fast, efficient precious metals buying experience.
As soon as possible, definitely within (5) five business days to guarantee your price. We reserve the right to cancel orders that don’t meet this requirement. When paying by check, we strongly recommend sending your payment the same day you place the order. Using Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service will help to ensure your payment is received on time.

We’ll send you an order confirmation email, along with our banking information for the wire and a reminder to reference your order number on your payment. Please do this if you want faster processing time and a quicker order shipment! We expect to receive your payment within 5 (five) business days of placing the order. We only accept Same-Day bank wire payments (no ACH transactions).

Check payments sent to our P.O. Box address go directly to our bank for processing. It is important to note BullionMax has no visibility as to what checks are waiting to be processed. Checks are processed throughout the business day through 5 p.m. (ET) TBD. If you tracked the delivery of your payment to BullionMax, it will be processed before the end of the next business day. In the event you cancel your order, we cannot stop the processing of a check.

It is not at all uncommon for check payments to take up to a week or so to arrive through the mail. In most cases, waiting for receipt of our payment confirmation will answer most inquiries about check payments.

BullionMax only accepts paper check payments less than $100,000.00 (USD).
Payment by bank wire:
BullionMax does accept bank wire payment for any order amount. Any order exceeding $100,000.00 (USD) must be verified and will be reviewed on a per order basis. Wire payments are processed throughout the business day through 5 p.m. (ET). We may be in receipt of your wire but will only inform you of receipt when it has been applied to the order. This notification will occur either before 1 p.m. (ET) or before 5 p.m. (ET), based on the batch processing times.
Please note that BullionMax can only process Same-Day bank wires. (Many banks offer Next Day, 2-day and 3-day wires with bank reduced fees, which makes selecting those very appealing. Selecting anything other than a Same-Day wire will not only delay your order because the payment cannot be accepted, but you'll also still need to send a Same-Day wire.)

Precious metals prices change constantly. Once you start the checkout process, your prices are locked for 10 minutes. Simply complete your checkout within ten minutes and you’re all set! If you’ve been shopping for a while and want to know what the price on items on your cart is right now, refresh your cart (press CTRL+R or use your browser’s refresh button) to update to current market pricing. Also, if you changed your payment method, you may lose a payment discount, which will look like a price increase.
ACH/eCheck, bank wire and paper check payments qualify for a "cash discount."

No. UPS 3-Day Air service excludes shipments to UPS Stores, as well as Alaska, Hawaii and APO addresses.
No, we do not. The costs in shipping to these states is extremely prohibitive, so we utilize USPS on all shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.
No. All UPS shipments ship with a “No Will Call” restriction, meaning the package cannot be picked up from a UPS location or just left at the delivery address. This is a precaution to prevent orders from being fraudulently intercepted. UPS will make three delivery attempts. If nobody is available at the delivery address to sign and accept delivery, the package will be returned to us.
Packages we ship may not require a signature for delivery. Expedited shipping, whether via UPS or the U.S. Postal Service, requires a signature for delivery.
We see very few delivery issues with our carriers, but sometimes delays do occur. In those situations, we appreciate your patience to wait a little longer for your package (at least 7 business days) before contacting us. Should the package not arrive, an investigation of the shipment is required before any order is reshipped or refunded. We may ask you to file a police report if it appears loss is due to theft or tampering. Your assistance speeds up the investigation and the sooner we complete it, the sooner we can resolve the missing order.
No, we cannot ship to a post office box.
If you have already taken possession of a damaged or tampered package, please save all packaging and contact call us at (800) 729-3202 during normal business hours of 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. (PT) Monday – Friday within 48 hours for further instructions. Failure to notify us of damage or tampering within 48 hours from signature or delivery date may impact our ability to cover your claim.
We recommend you refuse any shipment that appears to be damaged or tampered with (because the shipping insurance ends once signed for and/or delivered). When refused, the package(s) will return to BullionMax for inspection.
If your order was delivered with no signs of being tampered with, but appears to be incomplete or missing product, please contact us within thirty (30) days of receipt. Please note that notification of issues for tampered packages must be made within two (2) days and any return requests must be submitted within seven (7) days from the shipment date.
Packages take 1-10 business days for delivery. We’ll send your tracking number by email when your order ships.
We ship via Registered/Insured U.S. Postal Service and UPS. Each package is fully insured and may require a signature upon delivery.
Once your payment has cleared, we will begin processing, packaging and shipping your order. How long this takes varies based on your payment method, the size of your order and your specific products.
BullionMax is not required to report our sales transactions to the IRS or any other federal, state or local agencies unless you fall under the Form 8300 requirement.
